Cov qauv ntawm covlub cev muaj zog test platformfeem ntau suav nrog cov hauv qab no:
1. Lub cev muaj zog: Lub platform xeem yog siv los ua ntau yam kev xeem ntawm lub cev muaj zog, yog li lub cev muaj zog yog qhov tseem ceeb ntawm lub platform. Lub tshuab hluav taws xob feem ntau yog tsim los ntawm stator thiab rotor, thiab tuaj yeem yog DC motors, AC motors, lossis tshwj xeeb hom motors raws li kev xav tau ntawm kev sim.
2. Kev tswj hwm qhov system: Lub platform xeem yuav tsum muaj kev tswj hwm los tswj kev ua haujlwm thiab kev hloov pauv ntawm lub cev muaj zog thiab chaw nres nkoj. Lub kaw lus tswj feem ntau muaj xws li cov tswj, sensors, thiab actuators, uas tuaj yeem ua tiav cov haujlwm xws li lub cev muaj zog pib nres, kev tswj ceev, thiab kev tswj xyuas kev thauj khoom.
3. Cov ntaub ntawv tau txais cov ntaub ntawv: Txhawm rau ntsuas thiab txheeb xyuas qhov kev ua tau zoo ntawm lub cev muaj zog, lub tshuab kuaj xyuas xav tau cov ntaub ntawv tau txais los ntawm kev sau ntau yam tsis sib xws thaum lub sijhawm ua haujlwm ntawm lub cev muaj zog. Cov ntaub ntawv tau txais cov ntaub ntawv feem ntau suav nrog cov sensors thiab cov ntaub ntawv tau txais cov cuab yeej, uas tuaj yeem sau cov tsis xws li lub cev muaj zog tam sim no, voltage, ceev, kub, thiab lwm yam.
4. Load system: Txhawm rau simulate qhov teeb meem ntawm lub cev muaj zog hauv kev ua haujlwm tiag tiag, lub tshuab kuaj xyuas feem ntau yuav tsum muaj lub tshuab thauj khoom siv thauj khoom rau lub cev muaj zog. Lub tshuab thauj khoom tuaj yeem yog cov khoom siv thauj khoom. Electronic load lossis analog load.
5. Cov cuab yeej pabcuam: Lub platform xeem kuj xav tau qee cov khoom siv pabcuam los pab hauv kev sim. Piv txwv li, lub zog hluav taws xob tuaj yeem muab lub zog ruaj khov rau lub cev muaj zog: lub tshuab ntsuas kub tuaj yeem tswj qhov kub ntawm lub cev muaj zog thaum ua haujlwm; Cov cuab yeej tiv thaiv kev nyab xeeb tuaj yeem ua kom muaj kev nyab xeeb ntawm lub cev muaj zog hauv cov xwm txheej txawv txav.
Cov saum toj no yog lub hauv paus qauv ntawm lublub cev muaj zog kuaj platform. Raws li qhov kev xav tau ntawm kev sim thiab cov ntawv thov tshwj xeeb, lwm cov haujlwm thiab cov khoom siv tuaj yeem raug ntxiv raws li xav tau.
